Repair Warranty
Workmanship and materials are under store warranty for 120 days to be free of defects under normal use. Our obiligation is limited to rework(same defects only) provided. Please send back the equipment with the copy of the invoice and note additional problems if any. We are not responsible for any expense, loss or inconvenience that may have been caused by the problems. Warranty is void on any items or parts which have tampered by unauthorized person, misuse, neglect or damages.
 
Repair Turn Around Time

Average repair turn around time is of our video camera repair shop is three(3)~seven(7) working days from customer's approval date. However, additional days may be required if parts need to be ordered.

All repairs of video cameras & professional camcorders are done in-house.

 
Sending Equipment for Repair

When sending equipment for repair to Pro-Tech Camcorder Repair Services, be sure to attach your repair tag, repair memos with detailed explanation of the problem. Please send samples if possible(recorded tape etc.) If an old or special model, please send with power adapter. Customer is responsible for insuring delivery.

We will not be responsible for lose or damage during transit to Pro-Tech Camcorder Repair Services.

 
Equipment Beyond Repair
Badly damaged equipment due to immersion in water, sand, fire, or impact may be impossible to repair. In many cases the cost of repair may exceed the original purchase price, making the repair not economically feasible.
